Heavenly Delusion Plot
Heavenly Delusion is set in a post-apocalyptic world where modern civilization was completely destroyed fifteen years prior to the start of the story. The main character, Tokio, lives in an isolated facility with other children, away from the outside world. One day, she receives a message inviting her to leave the facility and explore the world beyond its walls.
Despite being warned by the facility’s director that the outside world is a dangerous place, Tokio can’t resist the temptation to explore. Meanwhile, a boy named Maru, who bears a striking resemblance to Tokio, is traveling through the devastated world with Kiruko, searching for a place called Heaven.
While the children in the facility are safe, the outside world is filled with supernatural beings and is almost entirely devoid of technology. Maru and Kiruko’s search for Heaven is arduous and they begin to wonder if it even exists. As the story unfolds, the characters will discover the truth about their world and their place in it.
