Chained Soldier Plot
Yuuki is an ordinary high school student who accidentally walks through a portal to a magical world filled with monsters. There, he meets Kyouka, the tough female leader of a squad of demon-hunting soldiers trying to keep the monsters from invading Earth.
When Yuuki helps save Kyouka’s life, she uses her magical powers to turn him into her “slave”, forcing him to fight by her side against the monstrous enemies. Though enslaved, Yuuki finds he has to sexually pleasure Kyouka as “payment” for lending him her magic powers in battle.
As Yuuki gets used to his new chained soldier role serving the stern but alluring Kyouka, he decides to stick with her squad. He does so not only to keep battling monsters, but also to support Kyouka’s dream of becoming the squad’s supreme commander.
This fantasy tale aimed at young male readers mixes action, monsters and provocative scenes between Yuuki and commanding mistress Kyouka, subverting normal gender role dynamics. An anime adaptation is set to bring this uniquely eccentric military fantasy world to vivid animated life in 2024.

Release Date
The Chained Soldier anime is licensed by Sentai Filmworks for global distribution. In South and Southeast Asia, Muse Communication has acquired the licensing rights. The series will premiere on Japanese TV on January 4, 2024, with simulcast streaming on Hidive available soon after for international viewers.
