The story takes a very interesting approach in terms of romance and is still relevant despite being over a decade old.

While having issues with selecting a person to model the main character after, he runs into a girl named Megumi. As they work together to create the game, the group faces several issues but slowly and steadily forms a stronger bond. However, with many of these girls bound to catch feelings, Tomoya is forced to make an impossible decision.

Saekano has a great mixture of comedy and wholesome moments and an extremely satisfying ending. The series does start off slow, so be patient and watch through all the seasons and the movie.

The series has easy-on-the-eyes animation and develops the chemistry between its characters very well while constantly keeping us guessing about the best girl.

We are introduced to a boy named Issei who is nearly killed by a fallen angel after being fooled into thinking it was a date. However, he is saved by a beautiful red-haired girl named Rias who is a devil and recruits him as her underling. In this new life, Issei works hard to protect Rias and face enemies who threaten his peace. At the same time, he also has several steamy scenes with the huge female cast in the series who all fancy him. With thrilling fights and sparks flying between the characters, there’s nothing to not love about High School Dxd.
