It has been a great year for anime fans, but it will get even better with some of the best upcoming anime series scheduled for this fall.

1. Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War

Kurosaki Ichigo achieved the powers of a Soul Reaper when he met Rukia in a sudden encounter. He achieved the title of the substitute soul reaper and now he is caught up in the business of the Soul Society. It’s a place where all the dead people’s soul gathers. Now, Ichigo must overcome every hurdle to protect his friends and become a stronger being. Follow Ichigo’s journey as he becomes the most powerful Soul Reaper.

2. Chainsaw Man

Denji always wanted a peaceful life and to spend time with the girl he likes. But due to an unfortunate incident related to the yakuza, he was killed by a devil. However, he didn’t die as his pet devil Pochita merged with his dead body and gave him the powers of the chainsaw devil. Now Denji can transform parts of his body into a chainsaw and works at the Public Safety Bureau.

3. Mob Psycho 100 Season 3

Shigeo Kageyama also called Mob has got unique psychic abilities. He could do anything with his mind since he was young. He continues to find the purpose of his life through his daily activities along with the guidance of his psychic mentor. Sometimes Shigeo becomes uncontrollable due to the negative emotions he received from the people. However, all he desires is to become friends with a girl named Tsubomi and continue his peaceful life.

4. My Hero Academia Season 6

In the world of My Hero Accademia, most people possess Quirks- a superhero power. Izuku Midoriya, a middle school student was always bullied by his friends for not having a quirk. But his sole aim was to become a great hero someday. Due to some incident All Might, the world’s strongest hero gave him his quirk – One For All. Follow Midoriya as he moves forward toward becoming the greatest hero.

5. Spy x Family 1st season 2nd part

Agent Twilight is known to be the best spy in all of Westalis. One day he was given a mission to prevent the war with the country Ostania. To do so he has to get married and set up a family to investigate the Ostacian Politician Desmond. He took the name of Loid Forger adopts a girl named Anya and had a fake marriage with Yor. Little did he know that Yor is an assassin known as Thorn Princess and Anya is a telepath who can read people’s minds. What will happen to this unique family?

6. To Your Eternity Season 2

An immortal being that has no emotions and no identity was sent to Earth. It can take the shape of those around it having strong desires. At first, it takes the shape of a rock, then a moss, a lone wolf, and at last a human. From this place, after becoming a boy, it roams into different places acquiring new emotions and experiences into him.

7. Blue Lock

After a humiliating loss in the football world cup, the Japanese football association hires a coach named Jinpachi Ego to train the next world cup champions. Jinpachi started a new strategy known as the Blue Lock where talented strikers from each high school are going against each other. The only one left here would be the striker of the main team.

 A boy named Yoichi Isagi got selected and now he is on his way to becoming the greatest striker and lead Japan.

8. Uzaki-chan wa Asobitai! Double

Shinichi wishes to lead a calm and peaceful life but his underclassman Uzaki Hana always hangs out and jokes with him. She sometimes teases him too. They are constantly chirping at each other. This leads to a beautiful and cherry relationship between them. 

9. Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun Season 3

Iruma Suzuki was sold by his selfish parents to the demons for money. He was now living with the demons in the demon world. Iruma is transferred to a demon school where no one knows him. Now he has to hide the fact that he is a human between all these demons surrounding him. 

10. Golden Kamuy 4th Season

In Hokkaido, where the Russo-Japanese war was going on in the Meiji era, a man named Sugimoto survived and was named ‘Sugimoto the immortal’. He now seeks to find the gold to save the widowed wife of his deceased comrade. Together with an Ainu girl, they set on a journey to find the stash of gold that is taken by the corrupt criminals.

11. Yowamushi Pedal: Limit Break

A first-year high school boy named Sakamichi Onada loves to watch anime all day. He wanted to create and enter an anime club but ultimately ends up joining the cycling club. His two classmates were quite popular cyclists. Together he trains with them and sets on a mission to be the champions.

12. Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury

In the future, humanity suffers an energy crisis due to the lack of fossil fuels. Now they focus on solar power as an alternative energy source. Thus many nations united and formed sectors. These sectors were each in charge of a solar power generator.  

Among all this, an unknown organization named “celestial beings” was determined to end the ongoing wars. They used Mobile battle suits called Gundams. Through these weapons, they aspire to change the world.

13. More than a Married Couple, but not Lovers.

Jirou Yakuin is a third-year high schooler who wanted Sakurazaka Shiori to be his partner in the Couple Practical course. But unfortunately, he ends up with Akari Watanabe who is the polar opposite of him. Akari was also upset as she too thought of pairing with someone else. Now they made a deal with each other to cooperate and reach the top ten so that they can change pairs.

14. Tensei shitara Ken Deshita

The protagonist of this story is reincarnated as a sword. He was unable to remember anything in his past life along with his name. On his way, he encountered an injured girl and saved her from the assailants. Her name was Fran and is a member of the Black Cats. Fran gives the name Shishou to him and now wields him. Together they become a strong team and go on a journey to complete different quests.

15. Shinobi no Ittoki

Ittoki Sakuraba, the protagonist of this story was once attacked by the members of the Kouga clan. Through this incident, he found out that he was the 19th heir of the clan Iga Ninja. Now he must learn the ways to become an Iga Ninja and join the war going between the clans.

16. Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute!

Cid Kagenou neither wants to be a great hero nor a superior villain, he wants to become the mastermind behind it all and pull the strings from the back. He was reborn into a world full of magic. In his previous life, he was not able to fulfill his dream but now he will achieve it in this world. He creates an organization, hires members, and was aiming to take down the diabolos cults that stay in the shadows.

17. KanColle: Itsuka Ano Umi de

A special naval base was set up in the sea to counter the Abyssal Fleet which is spreading terror in the whole sea. The naval base consisted of Kanmusu girls who possessed the Japanese warship spirit’s power. Fubuki was a destroyer-type Kanmusu who joined the base and was assigned to the Third Torpedo Squadron. She was once saved during a mission from a near-death experience and now she wishes to be stronger.

18. Akuyaku Reijou nanode Last Boss wo Kattemimashita

 A young girl who stays in hospital due to her illness spent her time playing otome games. One day she found herself in the game dressed as the villainess of the story- Irene Loren D’Autriche. But she knew the future of what was going to happen in the game. She was determined to conquer the game and change the ways to lead to a successful ending.

19. Do It Yourself!!

This story follows high school girls who work on DIY projects. They are confused, struggling, and finding it hard to deal with these projects. But without giving up they continue to struggle and complete the projects. Together they take a step forward toward their future.

20. Noumin Kanren no Skill bakka Agetetara Nazeka Tsuyoku Natta.

A young man named AL Wayne is a top-rated farmer who has acquired every kind of farming skill and also reached the top level. After he reached new heights through his farming skills, his life continues to change towards a different path.

21. Koukyuu no Karasu

Raven consort is a special consort who is not bound to obey the emperor regardless of her position. She lives in the inner palace and no one knows much about her. Some rumors say she is an old lady whereas some say that she is a young girl. There are also many stories to her that she can do anything for anyone and fulfill any request. The current emperor Koshun visits the consort one day to meet her and ultimately his whole life changes!!

22. Cool Doji Danshi

Handsome guys who are considered the coolest but also the clumsiest are the main characters in this story. They are pretty hard to talk to but are often very relatable. They are adorable too because of their clumsiness. This story is a unique piece of a slice of life about the cool and clumsy guys.

23. Mushikaburi-hime

Eliana Bernstein likes to spend more time with books than with people. She is also known as the Bibliophile Princess. But as she was a noble, she was bound to find a suitor for herself. One day Crown Prince Christopher Selkirk Asherald proposes to her, and together they made a deal. Eliana will be his fiancée but only in name and in exchange the crown prince will protect her. Days pass by and slowly Eliana becomes more open toward others. She grew closer to him but she also knew that this was a part of the deal and she would have to end it soon.

24. Bocchi the Rock!

Hitori Gotou is a shy high school girl who dreams of being a member of a band. For this, she starts to learn guitar, but due to her shyness, she was unable to make a single friend. She encountered a girl named Ijichi Nijika a girl who plays drums. She was also in search of a new guitarist for her band.

25. Yama no Susume: Next Summit

Aoi is a girl who likes to stay at home and do indoor activities whereas her friend Hinata loves to go outside and follow her passion. Hinata likes to do mountain climbing. When they were young, they once saw the sunrise from the peak and now they want to watch that sunrise moment again. Together they set on an adventure with mountaineering gears, and hill climbings to watch that sunrise once again.

26. Renai Flops

Asahi Kashiwagi saw a television fortune in the morning and unusually on his way to school, he saw it becoming fulfilled. Due to some weird events, he met a girl but every new girl he meets is either a new student or a teacher. He was suspected of being Yoshio who is considered a self-proclaimed friend of Asahi. After school gets over, he found a love letter in his locker. It had told him to go to a certain place behind the school and Asahi was shocked as this was too mentioned on the television fortune. When Asahi went to the location something awaited him. 

27. Futoku no Guild

A monster hunter with excellent skills and capabilities left his job in the forest one day. His name was Madan Kikuru. He left his job in fear of wasting his youth period and spending time enjoying his youthful days.

28. IDOLiSH7 3rd Season Part 2

This story is about seven idol group members who are part of an agency. Their group is known as IDOLiSH7. Each member of this group has a varying personality and it’s the agency’s work to manage them and make them cooperate with others. Now cooperating with everyone they embark on a journey aiming to be at the top of the idol world.

29. Shinmai Renkinjutsushi no Tenpo Keiei

Sarasa always dreamed of becoming a great alchemist. She was always interested in alchemy and was aiming to be the country’s top alchemist. When she graduated from school, her teacher gifted her a house. She made it her alchemy shop and gathered different materials to operate a business. Now she can perform various experiments at her shop and aim to be the greatest alchemist.

30. Muv-Luv Alternative 2nd Season

An alien invasion in 1973 created a massive war that left the whole of humanity on the brink of extinction. They are known as the BETA. To counter them humans have developed specialized humanoid weapons all over the world known as TSF. But also humanity was still suppressed by the overwhelming force of BETA for 30 years. Will humanity regain its former glory by defeating the BETA forces?

31. Uchi no Shishou wa Shippo ga Nai

This story is about a shapeshifting Tanuki girl named Mameda who wants to become a human and live a human life. She turned into a black-haired girl but was soon caught when she moved to Osaka. The people told her to go back to the place where she came from but she never lets it discourage her. Fueled up by her unwavering ambition, her journey starts now!

32. Eternal Boys

Six middle-aged men who have faced lots of hurdles in their life along with happy moments decided to change their lives. They are now on their path to becoming an idol group. Overcoming the age barriers and their physical potential they are now on their way to fulfilling their wish.

33. 4-nin wa Sorezore Uso wo Tsuku

This story is about four friends who are close to each other and share everything. But they too have something within them that they can’t share with their friends. Will they all reveal their secrets in front of each other?

34. Aru Asa Dummy Head Mic ni Natteita Ore-kun no Jinsei

This story is a bit peculiar as the main protagonist in this story is reincarnated as a dummy head microphone in a girl’s high school. Now begins a comedic high school anime that will bring a smile to your face.

35. Megaton-kyuu Musashi 2nd Season

In a small town, where people live a peaceful life are unaware of the fact that they are living in a fake peaceful world. The real truth is that nearly all humanity has been killed by the alien force named Dracters. They live underground into the Earth’s surface. Some chosen people have emerged who control robots called Rogue to fight the alien force.
